The Great Harlem Ball NYE Party

New Year’s Eve is upon us and we proudly present The Great Harlem Ball.  First, let’s catch a drink at the bar. Then, join us in the Madiba Restaurant for two seatings of 4 course meals with Champagne toasts and juke out to a live performance by Jeff Redd.  Closer to midnight, amble into the theater to see the New Year’s Ball drop on large HD screens.

Tickets for the Skate/Dance Jam in theater $20 in advance $25 on the night.  50% discount for entry to Diners in the Restaurant.

Jeff Redd

Jeff Redd is an award-winning music mogul, recording artist and entrepreneur who is well-known for his successful contributions to the entertainment industry.  As a music artist, he is best known for his mega-hit singles, “You Called and Told Me from the Strictly Business soundtrack and “Love High”.  As a music executive he has been praised for launching the career of the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul, Mary J. Blige and producing countless other artists such SWV, Bobby Brown, Allure and Field Mob.   Redd has received Grammy, American Music, Soul Train, and Billboard awards for distinguished albums for successful artists such as K-Ci and JoJo, Regina Belle, Salt N Pepa, not to mention countless others.   He has also contributed to motion picture soundtracks such as How Stella Got Her Groove Back, The Hurricane, Eve’s Bayou.

DJ MISBEHAVIOUR >

Misbehaviour firmly planted her roots within the essence of London’s club culture and made her mark at premier London venues such as Hanover Grand and Subterania (both winners of the prestigious MOBO Awards for best club). One of the most memorable was a private party for Prince.

Based in NYC, Misbehaviour has performed at venues such as Canal Rooms, SOB’s, Santos Party House and The Roxy. In the summer she is one of the main DJs in Central Park, for the world famous roller-skating disco.
