Harlem Skyscraper Cycling Classic (11:30am-5pm)
Founded in 1973 by David Walker—a former New York Police Officer and NYPD Community Affairs Officer in Harlem’s 25th Precinct, The Harlem Skyscraper Cycling Classic is a international community bicycling race that encourages safety programs for local youth in Harlem.
