The Boschendal Estate was one of the pioneering wine estates in South Africa, founded by French Huguenot Jean le Long in 1685, later owned by Cecil John Rhodes. Today, it is as much an icon as the Drakenstein Valley it sits in. It forms part of a larger wine family which include the Bellingham Estates.
